I received the reminder email today for a meeting I'm having soon. (I booked on her calendar link.)

In part, she wrote, "So that you know, I use an AI notetaker, so if you’d like a summary or recording after the call, let me know and I can send you it."

This inspired me to go add to my meeting reminder emails: "So that we can get the most out of our meeting, speaking openly and honestly without worrying about who else is listening or what they're doing with our data, the meeting will be end-to-end encrypted and AI note takers won't be able to join. If you'd like me to send you notes after our meeting, just let me know."

Yes, seconding the last part of this. You know they're hiring, you have taken a moment to scope them out, you know your application is going to that firm and not scammers, all that. Plus, you can better highlight your experience when using the company's application system vs Indeed's (not always, but this is particularly true for me when the company's system is simply "email us a cover letter and CV").
