I mean even if you wanted to be super pedantic and say that, well, Jolly Boys does not include ‘Jolla’ in the name (having a company name separate from a brand is very common), they have the trademark and there actually is a registered Jolla Mobile company.

The move allowed them to rid themselves of Russian shareholders so while I’m sure it wasn’t ideal, it was probably necessary.

@khm @jolla what exactly do you mean by ‘not even a company’. Most of the people involved in Jolla today have been running it for years. They have the IPR, it is a company, it uses the brand. I’m not sure what more you would want?
