What's been helping me so far is if I feel too blegh tired to start doing anything I just shower or eat.@bouncinglime That is expensive but! probably worth it for anyone who needs a visual. I will bookmark it

If I have sensitive tasks I set a timer (I have a mechanical one like a kitchen one). I'm super forgetful so a timer is a lifesaver
