@ahasty That’s good to hear. Mailbox.org does come across as a service that inspires long-term loyalty once people are properly using it, which is usually a strong sign. My main criticism was really the trial experience, not the idea behind the service itself.

Nice point — that stood out to me too. Most email providers stop at mail, calendar and storage, so seeing XMPP/Jabber support in the mix does give mailbox.org a slightly different feel. It reinforces the idea that they’re building a broader communications service, not just another inbox.

Mailbox.org is one of those email providers that doesn’t get talked about as much as Proton Mail or Tuta, but it probably deserves more attention.
