@pinkforest well there's a few things to be said there;- Not everyone has to host it for everyone to be able to use it- People are working tirelessly to make these things easier and better in every way, and it's not far-fetched to have e.g one-click hosting setups where it's as easy as hosting a Wordpress blog or alike (but again, not required for people to just join!)- Server-free architectures like Briar/Jami/SimpleX/etc do not require any hosting, full stop, you can use them w/o internet
