Well, he planted a bunch of beets before he passed and I just thought to check on them. Tons of beets ready to harvest. They’re not my favorite food in the world but I can think of a few ways to prepare them that would be tasty. Pickled, shredded, marinated, roasted… And it’s just another way to remember and honor Steve’s generosity.
