@sirwumpus @nixCraft As source code has been dragged through the courts and defined as Free Speech in the US any open source based distribution would seem to have the ability to use the constitution against any state based law.

I would be happy that there is more transparency coming but most of this is still "plans as usual, we just reworded some things to make them sound better" and I have no reason to return to Discord as an active user.
When trust is burned, I don't tend to give companies second chances; that's for only friends.
