It's the orders to commit war crimes that are illegal; not the advising of officers that they'd be committing crimes by following illegal orders. The criminalization of soldiers & others exerting or even discussing their rights and obligations under the national Constitution demands that the criminalizers be removed from all authority, if not from Society, itself.
