A FANTASTIC short video explainer from Vladimir Lenin II, on how the system doesn't work for anyone but the parasites who create nothing — for whom it's working perfectly. [It's been brought to my attention that people who lack melanin are particularly susceptible to taking offense from a Black Man (especially a learned Black Man) making use of Black English in this case to refer to what White English speakers might call a "fellow" or a "guy", with of course a slightly different cultural slant that I'm unqualified to describe.]
