@MLE_online Restaurants have for decades padded their income with high profit drinks. It was often the only thing that helped them make payroll. Now they are facing a generation that is largely rejecting alcohol. It’s gotta hurt. A lot of restaurants won’t survive without alcohol sales. Everything costs more yet passing those costs on to customers who are increasingly cost sensitive won’t slow the demise of independently owned restaurants.

@kibcol1049 @gareth @peteriskrisjanis This hasn’t been my experience at all. I’m on my 3rd iPhone, my first being the iPhone 6, then 11 and now 16. I have kept all of my iPhones for 5 years and have never upgraded because they stopped working or slowed down. I just feel like 5yrs is good enough value for me. At five years, reduced battery life is beginning to feel noticeable and enough improvements have been made for me to justify the upgrade.

@That_One_Guy oh that’s gotta be hard to see your pet go through. I can imagine the confusion would cause a lot of anxiety. I’m glad the CBD helps maintain a quality of life for your pup.

@jeridansky yeah, I’m really happy he’s acting more relaxed. I use to joke that he probably thought his name was ‘Stop It Rigby’ because he heard that so often.

@That_One_Guy Thanks. It really hurts to learn you’ve failed your pet. I am really glad it’s helping and he has been really good with the meds. It’s a cream you rub in the ear.

Dementia must be really hard.

This is Rigby. He’s my little buddy and I love him more than life itself. He’s a gold medalist lap cat and sweet to every human he encounters. However, he annoys the hell out of the other cats and near dinner time he just about loses his mind worrying if he’ll be fed. The vet said he was suffering from anxiety and that we should try a medication. My precious boy has now been on anti-anxiety drugs for a few weeks. The good news is that it’s helping but I’m really sad we didn’t try this sooner.
