Morning is coming earlier every day.@NorcalGma2 His attitude is beyond belief! *You* shouldn't use the area in the afternoons because *he* won't control his dogs??? Outrageous. German shephers are gorgeous, but they are powerful and need good training and to be kept under control. I'd definitely report him. Good luck!
