One more post before I leave for the afternoon, actually.
If you successfully left IT to work in a different field, what was it? How was your experience? What skills from your previous career were applicable while looking and applying?

Resume available upon request. Remote only, unless outside of US, then I will relocate.
Otherwise, Hi, I'm currently seeking gainful employment. I'm an IT grunt (Helpdesk II) that has been employed in a stable job for the last 14 years, but as with a lot of things in life, sometimes a little change is necessary.
I excel in troubleshooting and mystery solving, with strong skills in seeing the big picture and connections that others may miss.
In my current role I am also managing server updates and security, antivirus, EDR/MDR, and M365 ITDR through Huntress. I also am the administrator for our on premises RMM tools and the servers they reside on.
If you are a queer oriented or friendly workspace looking for someone to excel in problem solving with CSATs in the high 90s, I'm your themby.
