@gray Well, telling them that I found that question to be deeply flawed because of human nature didn't fly with the prospective boss either. His deputy seemed to love it...My answer was that the question was loaded, people would answer "I often work too much!" and an axe murderer would probably not implicate themself, thereby requiring the interviewee to lie about their person.
