James Twist committed suicide weeks before Trump pardoned Lorance on Hegseth's request, one of five suicides and four other attempts in that platoon. Hegseth's man Golsteyn executed Rasoul (unnamed) and burned his body to hide evidence. Trump described it all as Hegseth calling him about getting men "too aggressive militarily" out of jail.
