@notthatkaren I alternately giggled and scolded, internally. Otherwise, I accepted that whatever they said sounded different to what I expected. When our language group leader answered 응 to my question, I confidently scolded him for using banmal with someone who is so much his elder. Languages are his full-time passion, and he wants to use them as correctly as possible. Also, I know him well enough to know that he enjoys being teased.#LanguageLearning
