Wow, I'll have to try this one again on Apple Music with the lyrics because I recognize SO many of the individual words in the song!
Putting them together in my mind to understand the whole concept, not so much, but progress is progress.

@notthatkaren I alternately giggled and scolded, internally. Otherwise, I accepted that whatever they said sounded different to what I expected.
When our language group leader answered 응 to my question, I confidently scolded him for using banmal with someone who is so much his elder. Languages are his full-time passion, and he wants to use them as correctly as possible. Also, I know him well enough to know that he enjoys being teased.

Good activities on the weekend: Friday was language group and I got to speak Korean with Chinese fangirls. I was a bit thrown because they only use banmal (casual speech, quite rude with someone new, or someone old enough to be your grannie)!
sewing on Saturday, finally starting construction on a knit garment I've had fabric for for at least a couple of years. It's so fast to sew knits! I switched needles and will have to use the twin needle technique for sleeves and hem. That's all good.
Sunday: a brisk walk to the farmer's market for fresh veggies and olives. A quick chat about #kdrama with a vendor who's Korean but only watching TV in English now.
Today, I bottled the lemon-ginger soda that I learned to make at my #fermentation class. I think it will be GOOD, and not overly high in sugar. The dried blueberry will bob to the top once it's fully carbonated.
The exterminator visited again today and has declared my apartment mouse-free at this point. What a relief. It's motivated me to clean/organize more!
