@wdlindsy Yes, there have been!@wdlindsy Yes, there have been! Which is why people who got a measles vaccination in the early/mid 1960s in the US should get another one!
NB: Canada didn't start vaccinating for measles until much later (1972? I forget the year), so they never vaccinated with the [less effective] dead-measles vaccine. So Canadians of a certain age, you don't have to worry.
