@GossiTheDog I've seen Palo making an effort to properly recategorize things to AI for their content filtering solution, but It's been a lot slower than I would have expected.

Why in the world doesn't it continually check for authentication? That's been a recommended coding practice for at least a decade.
The chat session disconnects, but happily resumes when you expand the window, exposing all the chat history specific to the customer environment...
