I determined yesterday that the AI Support/Help chatbot in a major EDR keeps the conversation available after being forced to logout from the console for inactivity.
Why in the world doesn't it continually check for authentication? That's been a recommended coding practice for at least a decade.
The chat session disconnects, but happily resumes when you expand the window, exposing all the chat history specific to the customer environment...
