Reading about magnesium, I would think the amount of milk and chocolate I’ve had over the years would have done well enough. I’m miffed to still get so tense.
Also, might make my own sugar-free hot chocolate with cacao and cinnamon because damn, that’s good. Cinnamon changes the game since cacao alone is so bitter. Also they both do good things.
I’ll see. Haven’t finished reading about ready-made options yet.
