@jabgoe2089 Wie war das noch bei Löwenzahn - einfach mal abschalten auf nichts passt das m. E. mehr, als auf aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Digitalwirtschaft. Dabei meine ich nicht die Cloudplattformen, die man einfach abschalten sollte, sondern die User, die verstärkt überlegen sollten, was man wirklich braucht.

@jabgoe2089 "Leute" die das nutzen, sind nicht Konzerne, die das brauchen. "Leute" die das nutzen kommen auch eine Nummer kleiner klar.

Die Fortune 500, die stark auf aws & Co. setzen, fallen durch agressive Marketing- & Geschäftsmodelle auf, Cloudlösungen helfen sehr bei der Datensammlung.

Natürlich hör(t)e ich auf ÖPNV zu fahren, z.B. ins Büro - weil es unzuverlässig geworden ist. Ich fahre Rad.

M.E. gibt es große Unterschiede zwischen brauchen und wollen.

@jabgoe2089 Für wen sollte man denn eine Infrastrukturlösung schaffen wie aws oder azure? Es sind doch wieder nur die, die sich an der Allgemeinheit bereichern, mit z. T. zwielichtigen oder im Ergebnis gesellschaftsschädigenden Geschäftsmodellen. Vieles was ich zuletzt noch digital online gemacht habe, mache ich jetzt gar nicht mehr oder wieder offline, da Anbieter und Plattformen darunter nicht vertrauenswürdig sind.

@Linux_in_a_Bit On the other hand, people always act as if non-IT people are completely stupid. They are not. They also solve Windows and Linux problems on their own, I've seen it often enough. In my opinion, with AI tools they make it even further with Linux than with Windows, because the information quality, availability, and quantity are higher with Linux. With Windows, the information situation is usually poor. And there's nothing you can do with iOS anyway.

@Linux_in_a_Bit It's always the same old story: Questions about Windows or iOS are handled unfriendly on the Internet also (have you ever seen a friendly printer forum ). This is not a Linux community problem. This is a behavioral problem on the Internet. But it's true, being friendly could be an extra chance.
