@nazokiyoubinbou @Strandjunker Sounds as if Smith believes in the rule of law and respects it - releasing the document would go against that principle except the rule of law has become so distorted in the US, Smith could let the document leak to show how much the law is being distorted. It’s a tough call. Trump’s thugs are scary and violent.

@ChrisMayLA6 @AnnPettifor Capitalism appears to lurch from one crisis to the next and appears to believe all stand alone businesses should be profitable except this is not the case. Mix that in with the desperate search for eternal growth and we’ve got the mess we are now in. Add robots (which are getting better and better) and everything will fall apart. An alternative is essential and it’s not slavery!

@ChrisMayLA6 Remember those days of yore? The 1950s, 60s and early 70s? When jobs were for life and the economy hummed along reasonably well? Pay was not great for everyone but people got by. Now we have unstable, poorly paying jobs and stagnant economies. There is a lesson there somewhere

@ChrisMayLA6 @davidallengreen Labelling those who disagree with certain governments as terrorists seems to be all the rage at the moment. The Tangerine Terror does the same. Old Berlusconi used a similar trick to blacken the names of those who opposed him - he accused them of sedition.
