Where intentions are unbreakable, a nation yearning impatiently for sacrifice for faith and land, those people who offer their lives and possessions as a vow to Allah.
These people, imbued with religious and Islamic fervor, abhor war, yet when compelled, consider it a divine duty and a religious obligation to fulfill it.
How astonishing is the state of people who learn nothing from the past? Why have memories weakened so much? Why are advisors and counselors so ignorant and shortsighted that they offer flawed advice to rulers or prevent the implementation of unsound decisions?
History has proven and undeniable realities remain before our eyes that capabilities and means alone do not determine the ultimate outcome in every stage of life, whether it be war or peace.
It is true that capabilities and means facilitate affairs, create ease, and expedite implementation, but a firm will and reliance on God render capabilities and means meaningless.
From the British occupation to the Russians and now to America and NATO – all these events reveal a single, significant truth.
During these three time periods, Afghans have never possessed the capacity to match their adversaries in terms of military equipment and resources, but here is a spiritual and moral power that shatters iron machines, demolishes fortified fortresses, and overcomes obstacles!
This belief is the inspiration for defiance of faith and land, which transforms fragile bodies into steel, strengthens the connection between God and the worshiper, and empowers the weak human being with the spirit of patience, resilience, and resistance.
The great difference between the people of the world and the Afghans is that other people consider the defense of the country to be the responsibility and obligation of the ruling system and armed forces alone, but the Afghans, when needed, have never lagged behind their soldiers.
Another characteristic of this people, which confronts the enemy with dismay and bewilderment in war situations, is their patience, perseverance, steadfastness, and continuous resistance. We have many examples where the death of one brother inspires another to pick up a weapon, where the father’s loss is filled by his son.
We have often seen soldiers from many countries on television screens; they genuinely perform organized maneuvers and their steps are well-trained. Some of their movements are truly astonishing. It must be acknowledged that the world has prepared very suitable uniforms for its soldiers and fabricated armored vehicles for protection, making it mandatory to wear iron helmets and wear jewelry.
These soldiers prioritize their personal safety above all else on the battlefield—a primary requirement and hope for every human being. However, the spirit of my nation’s soldiers is different.
They believe that death will come to them according to a predetermined time; every pain and hardship they receive is destined, and the reward for their actions is reserved with God.
They are distinct from the soldiers of other countries because they do not retreat to ambush points, and the meaning of death in their lexicon is eternity, not flight and disappearance.
The path to repelling the enemy is still not completely closed; they must use their reason, study the documented achievements of the Afghan people, and show mercy to themselves and their children, for the vengeance of the Afghan human being is so powerful that empires have been annihilated by it.
Yes, these soldiers and warriors are not those who first think about their own safety; they carry explosives with them, and their seats are also made of explosives. No military training institute or university has ever been established in human history with such a level of combat motivation for soldiers.
It will be a blessing from God upon this oppressed people that even now groups of defiant humans roam in the embrace of this homeland, who are weak in terms of tools and capabilities but are now convinced by God's victory that they were created for this purpose: to challenge every tyrant and rebellious system with these very humble bodies.
And that is upon God, the Exalted.

The spokesperson for the Kunar Police Command, Farid Dehghan, says that Pakistani forces have shelled Kunar province 25 times since last night.
According to a Radio Harat reporter, quoting Dehghan, the attacks targeted civilians in the Barkot and Doklam areas of the Narang district.
