The spokesperson for the Kunar Police Command, Farid Dehghan, says that Pakistani forces have shelled Kunar province 25 times since last night.

According to a Radio Harat reporter, quoting Dehghan, the attacks targeted civilians in the Barkot and Doklam areas of the Narang district.

Mr. Dehghan acknowledged that civilian homes were targeted in these shelling attacks.

He has not yet commented on casualties.

It is worth noting that the Islamic Emirate announced a ceasefire with the Pakistani side in honor of the Eid holidays at the request of some foreign countries, but once again, it has been proven that the Pakistani regime does not respect any religious or humanitarian values.
