The pictures of solar panels covering roofs and ground is about individuals having the agency to create their own electricity. It releases them from dealing with the burden of either state or private power companies that never provided reliable nor consistent electricity. Cheap Chinese panels are providing an independence from an industry that is the definition of rent seeking.
