      @ai6yr so if i send them a photo of my discarded stopper do i get anything in return or can i just discard the stopper and not send them the photo

      (not actually asking, i just find these “recalls" where you throw it in the trash or destroy it and get nothing in return amusing)

        @ryan Looks like you have to contact them through support or phone and they'll tell you what to do.

          @ai6yr @ryan I have one of these. They put you in a ticketing system and the first response is you need to send send them a photo of the lid in the trash. I've been too lazy to do that part yet.
