Apple is going to add Mac Mini production to it's nascent server manufacturing campus in Houston this year. Fun fact, Tim Cook started at Compaq Computer making servers in Houston.A great (and underrated) city for this stuff. Port of Houston, two international airports, and at the junction of I-10 and I45 in the middle of the country. This is a good slide deck from TI on I3C vs I2C.
