Ha, Class Action lawsuit against Meta.
"...Meta sold millions of these glasses with promises of user privacy and control over data. Then, in April 2025, the company quietly updated its privacy policy to make AI features — and the collection of your voice recordings — the default, with no real way to opt out. What IF, and this is the thing, what if the whole point of these "glasses" was to gather data to train models and surveil and the lawsuits (and their payouts) were baked into their calculations from the start, these fuckers know only too well the "Philip Morris defense" and know the lawsuits are cheaper than paying outright AND they sold these face apparatuses at a profit.
