@Chrissy Haha, my "progressive lenses" are 3 separate sets of glasses: distance, computer, and reading. Especially in my bedroom, I use all 3, the distance ones for watching #kdrama. Those and the computer glasses usually stay there, unless I walk off with one set on my head. I tried progressive lenses, and they meant that nothing was clearly visible to me. The readers are the ones that are critical. I lost a set on my way home by bus last night, and that caused a state of panic until I found a drugstore pair in my bag. Fortunately, there are online suppliers here that provide all of my glasses at a very reasonable price, including transition lenses for driving. I was lucky enough not to need vision correction for most of my life, but that's caught up with me. I also need ointment at night and drops in the morning for one of my vision issues. For hiking, I generally keep readers in a breast pocket, since I often need to check information on my phone.
