@pteryx Yeah, there's only so much space! And after the job part really I wanted to focus more on things we're told we should do, and indeed we mostly want to do, to be happier, healthier, etc, rather than on the stuff that's simply more demands on our time.

@vonxylofon @FrauSuutje This isn't really a men versus women thing. Men are being robbed of their time too, to make other people rich. This is an #antiwork thing. Or at least an anti full-time work thing. Give us UBI. Give us more part-time jobs. Lose the expectation that everyone should have a job, even as jobs continue to inexorably disappear. Give people the free time they need to thrive, not be mere drones.

@beecycling Put people in a position where they have to "cheat" by doing some of these things during work hours. To avoid being noticed/caught they will then accept everything you throw their way, and won't complain about anything.

Same reason Christianity all but forbade sex, or governements make drugs such as cannabis illegal.
