L'Unità: Manifestare diventa un reato, misure cautelari per sei pro Pal a Milano

Dopo Torino, Milano. Va in scena e in onda la solita repressione senza sovversione sulle manifestazioni di piazza in solidarietà in questo caso con la resistenza palestinese. Per capire che siamo di fronte ancora una volta a un problema politico trasformato in giudiziario basta leggere le parole con cui il gip motiva sei misure cautelari tra obblighi di dimora e di firma in relazione agli scontri del 22 settembre scorso.
Scrive il giudice delle indagini preliminari Giulia D’Antoni: “Le condotte assunte in occasione della manifestazione del 22 settembre 2025 costituiscono espressione di un modo ostile di percepire le istituzioni dello Stato e in particolare modo le forze dell’ordine nonché di ravvisare nella tutela dell’ordine pubblico e della sicurezza un limite alla libera manifestazione del pensiero”. Per il gip c’è il pericolo che gli indagati possano ripetere azioni di guerriglia urbana che non sarebbero stati frutto “di un episodio scatenante ma di un radicato risentimento nutrito da parte degli esponenti dei centri sociali e dei gruppi antagonisti nei confronti della polizia”. Gli scontri sarebbero stati “lo sfogo di un istinto di ribellione nei confronti delle forze dell’ordine e in particolare dell’ordine costituito”. Nei confronti di altri otto indagati (il numero complessivo è di 27) il giudice ha deciso per l’interrogatorio preventivo fissato per il 25 marzo prossimo. Il gip dovrà valutare le richieste di arresti domiciliari formulate dalla procura.
Nell’ordinanza si scrive di una rivolta durata quasi due ore, di “agenti aggrediti dalla folla” e delle analisi dei filmati che hanno portato all’identificazione degli indagati. Il giudice ricorda i trascorsi politici dei presunti responsabili degli incidenti. C’è chi aveva preso parte a manifestazioni contro la realizzazione e della Tav. Poi un ragazzo “che fa parte di un gruppo di writer noto per i propri graffiti a tema politico”. Le misure sono di obbligo di dimora nel comune di residenza con divieto di uscire di casa tra le 21e le 7. Sono in corso indagini “sul gruppo di facinorosi che a volto travisato hanno commesso i fatti più gravi di danneggiamento e violenza”. Insomma, ci saranno altre puntate su “gravi reati di piazza, oltraggio e resistenza aggravata a pubblico ufficiale, lesioni gravi o gravissime”.

To understand that we are once again facing a political problem transformed into a judicial one, you just need to read the words used by Gip (Public Prosecutor’s Office Judge) to justify six precautionary measures, including residence and signature obligations, in relation to the clashes of September 22nd.

Judge Giulia D’Antoni writes: “The conduct exhibited during the demonstration of September 22, 2025, constitutes an expression of an hostile way of perceiving state institutions and, in particular, law enforcement agencies, as well as identifying the protection of public order and security as a limit to the free expression of thought.” For the Gip, there is the risk that the suspects could repeat urban guerrilla tactics that would not have been the result of “a triggering incident but of a deeply rooted resentment held by members of social centers and antagonistic groups towards the police.” The clashes were “the venting of a rebellious instinct towards law enforcement and, in particular, the established order.”

Regarding another eight suspects (the total number is 27), the judge ordered precautionary questioning scheduled for March 25th. The Gip will need to assess the requests for house arrest made by the prosecutor’s office.

The order refers to a riot lasting almost two hours, of “agents attacked by the crowd” and of the analysis of footage that led to the identification of the suspects. The judge recalls the political backgrounds of the alleged perpetrators of the incidents. There was someone who had participated in demonstrations against the construction of the Tav (high-speed railway). Then a young man “who is part of a group of street artists known for their politically themed graffiti.” The measures include a residence obligation in the municipality of residence with a ban on leaving the house between 9 pm and 7 am. Investigations are underway “into the group of troublemakers who, disguised, committed the most serious acts of vandalism and violence.” In short, there will be more episodes involving “serious offenses in public squares, insults and aggravated resistance to public officials, serious or very serious injuries.”
