Secondo una ricerca Nielsen, condotta per conto di Mulino Bianco, il 78% degli italiani la ritiene un pasto "fondamentale" per trovare l'energia giusta per affrontare la giornata. La maggior parte delle persone sceglie una bevanda e un alimento solido, privilegiando prodotti come caffè, latte, biscotti, cereali e yogurt. Un rito che cambia nel tempo e si adatta ai ritmi degli italiani.A tal proposito abbiamo chiesto ad Andrea Capano, Marketing Manager di Grancereale, come ci si adatti alle nuove abitudini: "I giovani, infatti, cercano sempre di più di sperimentare nuovi tipi di colazione, dove ad esempio cercano la colazione salata oppure alternative vegetali. E un trend estremamente importante è quello della crescita dei prodotti vegetali e proteici. Sta sempre di più emergendo un target attivo, dinamico, che cerca delle alternative".Negli ultimi anni, è cresciuta anche l'attenzione verso l'apporto proteico e in questo contesto si inserisce anche la gamma Protein+ di Grancereale, pensata per chi desidera iniziare la giornata con gusto, senza rinunciare a un adeguato contributo nutrizionale.
