Is 'it's good I did this' in the spirit of #ThreeGoodThings ? (ref: footnote in quoted post)

That kind of good has an infinitesimal, a homeopathic level of good in it. I mean, maybe none at all. It's at very least a good of a different species.

Things that made me feel good, or feel better, are different. I #TGT them to remind myself that whatever my mood, there were things in my day that made it worth being there for it.

In my case (below) this is the DFA (Difficult Fud<ing Area) and almost nothing in it makes me feel good. That one is, at best, 'Tomorrow will be better because I did this today' and I'm not sure that counts.

@darkling I accept the distinction, it’s a better way of describing it. The satisfaction, coming on some other day, doesn’t count as a today 3GThings.

I’m also (because DFA) not sure I feel satisfaction. I’ll need to think about this.
