Anyone any thoughts on what this might be? Installed at a local reservoir. There’s a solar panel on top which would suggest it’s not mains connected. Seemed to have either some pipes or cables under the trunking.

My thoughts were water quality monitoring but I haven’t seen such an installation before. No obvious cellular antenna on the cabinet either.

@ret A cellular antenna could be well enough hidden in the plastic frame of the solar panel..
