<![CDATA[Anyone any thoughts on what this might be?]]>Anyone any thoughts on what this might be? Installed at a local reservoir. There’s a solar panel on top which would suggest it’s not mains connected. Seemed to have either some pipes or cables under the trunking.

No obvious cellular antenna on the cabinet either.
