Its just its own, specific sandwich, stomach-cigarette sammich due to the manufacutirng of the weiner, where the only acceptable vegetable is either artifical, pickled or seared, except for onions.

Also known as the antithesis of healthy, balanced, mature eating, but also way more enjoyable in specific settings (ballgames, costco, times square from a cart, bbq).
