Also, might make my own sugar-free hot chocolate with cacao and cinnamon because damn, that’s good. Cinnamon changes the game since cacao alone is so bitter. Also they both do good things.
I’ll see. Haven’t finished reading about ready-made options yet.

I can vouch for cinnamon in the chocolate. In Central and South American countries, this is done all the time, and it's frelling DELICIOUS.
Cinnamon is one of those under-utilized and under-rated spices.. it goes with sweet. it goes with savory. It adds warmth and depth to almost everything that it touches.
