@aburka there are ones that are made to accommodate a penis, either by incorporating it or tucking it out of the way (so I've seen; we use ours with a double-ended dildo or a plain silicone one).

@Tereya our thought was that natural penises often don't perform as hoped (for either partner, but especially for vagina-owners), and it seemed like a missed opportunity to not have a backup ready to keep going with.
