Good morning!
Early Sunday mornings are the best time to walk. No one is out except a few other walkers, no cars whizzing by, no traffic noise from the highway, just the birds calling to each other in the trees.
Today for the first time I walked the full distance I used to walk, and my foot is fine. And I saw the first bunny of the season, although it was too quick for me to take a photo.
Now it's time to scroll for a while and see how all of you are doing, then get down to writing.

Unfortunately the motorway near us is noisy all the time, days & times make very little difference.
The biggest factor is the wind direction - from the SW and it's almost as though all 8 lanes are in our back garden, with a rare NE or E wind it can get a lot quieter.There's a controversial housing development near us which has the potential to shield us from some of the noise, but it'll be difficult to assess the change.
