It's really, REALLY important that fellow PNW folks get their earthquake kits together. I'm going to work on this this summer and will post about it on my blog (will link to posts here).

We're way overdue for the big one, which I know many of us natives have been hearing our entire lives. But we're in a situation now where there might not be the federal help that we'd assumed would come in such a scenario. Or it might be minimal. The Evil Cheeto has a record of punishing states who aren't overly fond of his politics.

It's good to be ready.
