I've always had the impression that there are lots of cats on the Internet. They often post selfies.
There are also people that answer to Cat (Cait) or identify as cats.

@ricci My kitty is allergic to everything but seafood items (wet, dry, and treats). Spitting up quickly and violently ensues if you try anything else.
