This stuff all seems fishy, the bulletins going to local police departments, especially. (this, looking out for suspicious radio transmissions, sleeper cells, etc.). Smells like the "Red Scare" to me. I would be nervous if I was of Middle Eastern descent flying a drone around for recreation, unfortunately.

@ai6yr the "Brown scare" The story then goes on about "An uncorroborated report suggested that unidentified Mexican cartel leaders" were going to use drone weapons, also.
