A new day.

A new day. A new chance to succeed.

Another early morning. 3 hours until dawn.

I woke, ready to go, and didn't check the time until I'd already fed the cat.

Funny how some nights leave me groggy and tired. Others, often shorter, heal yesterday's pains and set me up for the new day.

I've nothing crucial on my list that needs my attention. A rest day from walking. A day for writing and reading.

A day to just be. At least for a few minutes.
