Meh!

Meh! Groggy strart to the day..
#GoodMorning #BonjourNew meds make me dopey (dopier) and I still wake up 4 hours after I fall asleep, but there's another 4 hours waiting for my head to wake up too. I peeked in hours ago but didn't announce my presence.
Sore shoulders, from pull-pushing a snowblower, dragging and clearing it in the slush.
Sore wrists, from when the snowblower quit, and I pushed a scoop of wet dripping slush over a bank and turned it.
My back is fine, but the back of my thigh muscles know I was not meant to do Oxen work. pulling is hard on the legs too, and pushing.
I don't think there's more to clear but some clean-up can be done after breakfast, in case more snow narrows the driveway again

@Heartofcoyote Well, sort of.. LOL, It took me 20 min to get the shed door open, where the generator is. Snow blew against it up to the door handle, then rain froze through it. Been a clear-up day

@Rasta Oh wow. I’ve only ever been to Nova Scotia in the summer. The winters would be a learning experience for sure!
Down here in Maryland (39th parallel), we just got the southern edge, so a total of about 6 inches of slush Sunday and overnight. It took 4 batteries full of Ryobi electric snow-throwing on Monday to clear the driveway sufficiently for the plumber to come Tuesday. NBD. My Wonderful Neighbor Paul has a giant gas powered snow thrower he very kindly uses on all his neighbors’ driveways, but for up to 8-ish inches, the electric one works fine. We never lost power, fortunately.

@Rasta Good morning if a med leaves you like that it is no good to or for you .. cut in half for another try if a pill... That was the reaction spoken about before that is dangerous to anyone's wellbeing STAY SAFE
I barely ate yesterday and went to bed early and slept for more than 7hrs ..would be nice if could sleep every day like that .
.only without spasms or a twisted knee that have been working on for last 2 hrs ... everyday can be another personal surprise ...

@Heartofcoyote I lost my reply. We had a small gas operated sweeper type snowblower, hardly good after the storm but during the storm you could keep up. This blower I have now was brand new 9 years ago, but never setup or used. It was seized from sitting outside and I had to free it first and get through the stuck floats and shoveled two storms over my knees by hand, then it ran.. I've been able to use it only after the storms were clearned.

@Lstn2urmama This pill is so small, it's like this O in size. Can't make it smaller. Doc thinks I should take two, he's aiming to fix me at any drug cost

@Rasta not if one small dose hits you the wrong way or keep asleep for longer ...do more research...

@Lstn2urmama you know, seat belts are a joke, do your own research.. you can't just decide for yourself what part of the prescription is a benefit or hindrance

@Rasta been doing so for many years or would be dead otherwise ... doctors do screw up also...
One doctor gave me an overdose of a medication and cost me the ability to leave the house for a year when every time I stood up a part of me extruded itself ...
it's been 25 years before able to use that same medication orally and could only have it thru IV during critical need ...
Have seen others who did die following what doctors said to do even one was a doctor ...
