it is quite easy to hear at my side job when you are talking to a pvv or fvd voter.

One coworker did not do this, as he is amazing at accents. SO with the system gamed, he gets the call.
For the next 45 minutes he did what he does best, Laying accents on thick...
Racist kept up their spiel, of getting more and more angry and rude, as Coworker kept getting the calls, (as we kept gaming the system) and he kept using different accents.
finally he answered in his normal speaking voice, and racist was happy, they finally got a Dutch person.
Coworker did the normal questions, one of which is " What province Are you calling from"
When Racist answered Coworker went " Oh Sorry, i did not know is there anyone from a diffrent province that can take over the phone?"
Racist got very angry and demanded to speak to the Boss.
Coworker put them on hold, for 3 minutes, and then using another accent took them from hold.
we saw coworker snickering, and after the call ended he told us racist was once again asking for a Dutch speaking

after which the racist had hung up.they did not call back for about 2 hours, seeing how the system works, accent coworker got them again when they called back, and used a Provincial accent when he saw the ID.
He started saying he was the Owner, and he said the racist demanded he would fire the rude employees, and the non Dutch ones.

Racist got beyond livid, and said they had to file for their taxes TODAY, and the tax office was also closed, and now thery would get a fine for doing their taxes late. ( not entirely true)
Coworker then said " AH well thats to bad but hey at least your taxes will go to the people i just fired

Coworker then said " AH well thats to bad but hey at least your taxes will go to the people i just fired
you can ask for an extension on your taxes till a couple days past the Due date, due to system errors being calculated in.
and you will not get fined for that, (As long as it is not a repeated offense)

The 4 hours do not get reset everytime they call (sadly) But the system logs them into the line, from the moment they called after being placed in the overflow, Seeing they called into the overflow at around 13:28 they get purged at 17:28
