they will ask for a "Dutch" Employee.
Now be aware ALL! of my coworkers, are in fact Dutch, they are born here, raised here ETC.
They just happen to have names liek Hamid, Fatima, Sahir, etc.Today one of the newer ones got one of those racists.
The call system we use, is kinda annoying.
When a call comes in, the system checks if the caller called before, and if so, called with whom?
That agent then gets priority in the pool of available agents, so they get the call instead of the agent with the longest uncontacted time.
Why this sucks is because it opens the doors to abusive, and racist callers to keep getting the same person to answer the phone.
This happened to the coworker today, the racist called asked for a dutch employee, when denied, hung up and called back after 1 or 2 minutes, got coworker again, rinse repeat.

finally he answered in his normal speaking voice, and racist was happy, they finally got a Dutch person.

Racist got very angry and demanded to speak to the Boss.
Coworker put them on hold, for 3 minutes, and then using another accent took them from hold.
we saw coworker snickering, and after the call ended he told us racist was once again asking for a Dutch speaking

Racist got beyond livid, and said they had to file for their taxes TODAY, and the tax office was also closed, and now thery would get a fine for doing their taxes late. ( not entirely true)
Coworker then said " AH well thats to bad but hey at least your taxes will go to the people i just fired
you can ask for an extension on your taxes till a couple days past the Due date, due to system errors being calculated in.
and you will not get fined for that, (As long as it is not a repeated offense)

The 4 hours do not get reset everytime they call (sadly) But the system logs them into the line, from the moment they called after being placed in the overflow, Seeing they called into the overflow at around 13:28 they get purged at 17:28
