Anybody know who the organization is that I file a complaint against Rogers, specially for home services (landline, cable, internet)? Is there a report I can fill out? Can I send them my evidence? I feel like I’m going insane trying to get Rogers to clear my Mom’s outstanding balance after not cancelling her services in time and have an audio recording as well as screenshots of chats.

@Cassandra Thank you! I've submitted a complaint. I hope after 9 communications with Rogers to resolve an issue I have been told multiple times should be resolved, with screen shots and audio recording to back me up, that CCTS will be able to deal with it.
