    Anybody know who the organization is that I file a complaint against Rogers, specially for home services (landline, cable, internet)? Is there a report I can fill out? Can I send them my evidence? I feel like I’m going insane trying to get Rogers to clear my Mom’s outstanding balance after not cancelling her services in time and have an audio recording as well as screenshots of chats.

            @stephanie @erin I was out for a walk but I see others have given the same answer I would have (CCTS).

            TBD if they're effective...

              @Cassandra Thank you! I've submitted a complaint. I hope after 9 communications with Rogers to resolve an issue I have been told multiple times should be resolved, with screen shots and audio recording to back me up, that CCTS will be able to deal with it. 😓 @stephanie

                @erin @Cassandra @stephanie just want to pop in and say that I’m so sorry you’re having to deal with this. I’d be beyond furious… I really, really, hope you’re able to get it resolved soon.
