    I have been informed that the average Scotsman wears a dozen of these under his kilt.

        @lowqualityfacts Don't know about Scots but Lazarus Long certainly had at least one.

          @lowqualityfacts that reminds me of the time when my kid was maybe 3 or 4 and walked into the living room, lifted her shirt to reveal at least a dozen assorted forks and metal skewers tucked in the waistband of her pants. "In case there are bad guys," she told me.

              Nothing is worn under the kilt. It's just well used.

                Tonight's Low Quality Ad is for this Garter Belt Dagger. It's a very cool blade for women. Less so for men. I get some very weird looks when I reach down into my pants to pull out my dagger.

                        @BackFromTheDud I have that skirt!

                        (I carry a switchblade though—more compact)

                            @rdm @lowqualityfacts

                            That looks just like the Tekna dive knife I had years ago. I have tried several times to track one down with no luck. They were discontinued.

                            Solid slab of stainless steel with a cool sheath with a thumb release catch.

                            If anyone knows where to get one, i would love to know!

                            ETA: should have checked link!

                              The Tekna dive knife was (IIRC) sharp on both sides so you didn't have to think about which way you were holding it. There were serrations on both sides too . And the tip was a diamond shape for strength.
