That looks just like the Tekna dive knife I had years ago. I have tried several times to track one down with no luck. They were discontinued.
Solid slab of stainless steel with a cool sheath with a thumb release catch.
If anyone knows where to get one, i would love to know!

The Tekna dive knife was (IIRC) sharp on both sides so you didn't have to think about which way you were holding it. There were serrations on both sides too . And the tip was a diamond shape for strength.
